11 Mccachen St is at the Heart of Oak Ridges Community. The Oak Ridge community is at the northwest corner of Richmond Hill. The community runs from Yonge St on the East to the edge of Oak Ridges Corridor Conservation Reserve in the south, Bathurst on the West, and Bloomington Road on the north. It borders Aurora City in the North and King Town in the West. There are also a tiny amount condo apartments and modern condo townhomes sitting close to Yonge Street and Bond Crescent. The descendants of early European immigrants still dominate the community. In 11 Mccachen St neighbourhood, you will find many residents are Italian, Chinese, English, Canadian, and Iranian. Residents will need a car to live in this part of Richmond Hill, though there is limited public transit available on the major roads of the community. At the southwest corner of the Oak Ridges is Bathurst Glen golf field which spans one kilometre from Bathurst street.
